The Curtin House

Lovely waterway side, renovated house, with a boat dock with dual boat lifts. Enjoy the large deck all day long, with couches, lounge chairs and a dining table. This house is beautiful, with multiple living spaces, both inside and out.

The main living area is located on the second floor and is open and airy, with vaulted ceilings. With tons of natural light, you can’t help but relax among the blue, white and natural tones. With 2 large, comfy couches, a fireplace plus additional seating, there is room for everyone. A very large dining table seats 10, plus the kitchen island has stools. The kitchen is lovely with a huge island for multiple cooks.

This floor has a beautiful master suite with a king bed and spacious private bath. Additionally, there is a home office space with a Murphy bed that looks out over the water. You will also find 2 additional bedrooms, 1 king and 1 queen, each with a private bathroom. Finally, this floor also has a laundry room, a butler’s pantry and a powder room.

The third floor is a large, lofted family room that overlooks the main living area. It has comfy seating, a large tv and a table for playing games. Through the glass doors is another deck where you can soak up the sun and enjoy gorgeous sunsets.

The ground floor has a large bedroom with two queen beds, a sitting area and a private bathroom. Out back is a very spacious outdoor living area that has multiple arrangements and is fully covered. There are also two garages.
