The Fleming House

Not only is this home on the south end of Figure 8 Island gorgeous, it also has the most wonderful wrap around deck for all to enjoy. You can start your day out there with the sunrise over the ocean, eat al fresco at the table under the covered section, and finish up on the front porch with the sunset. Enjoy one of the many rocking or lounge chairs to read a book, work on your tan or watch the dolphins play. When you're ready for a stroll on the beach, you need only to take a few steps onto the sand.

The main living area is on the second floor and is filled with sunlight and cozy furniture. It also has a wet bar, a fireplace and a vaulted ceiling. The beautiful dining room can seat 8 and has ocean views. This floor has a large kitchen, with an additional table for 6 plus stools at the breakfast bar. The first of two master suites with a king bed and ensuite bath is also on this floor, along with two other bedrooms, an additional bathroom and laundry area.

The third floor contains the other master suite, with a king bed, sitting area and bathroom. Also on this floor is a bedroom with two twin beds, a sitting area and bathroom. These bedrooms are connected by a walkway that is open to the great room below.

The ground floor has a large garage with multiple bikes and a grill. There is also an enclosed, outside shower to rinse off the salt and sand.
