The Sprock House

The first thing you’ll notice is how large the lot is. It’s rare to find a beach house with an actual grassy yard and ample parking. You can enter the home on the ground floor, or by going up the stairs to the front deck. Either way, you’ll be welcomed with lots of sunlight and beautiful views.

On the ground floor, there is a lovely foyer and family room as well as three bedrooms. You’ll find a large master with a king bed and sitting area with its own bath, another with a double bed and a room with twin beds. These two rooms share a full bath.

Stroll upstairs and enter a great room truly worthy of the name. Gorgeous hardwood floors, expansive windows and coastal furnishings give the room a casual elegance. The very large kitchen and dining area lend to effortless entertaining. On this floor are three more bedrooms, each with a king bed and private bath.

Finally, step out onto the huge deck that makes you feel like you are on top of the beach. Even the deck furniture has been chosen with your comfort in mind. Take a few steps down the stairs, dip your toes in the warm sand and relax.
