The top floor features a great room with a fireplace, dining room, kitchen with two dishwashers and two ovens, large decks, additional eating areas and a screened-in porch. This floor offers 2 bedrooms:

A large suite with king bed, a flat screen TV, private bathroom, spacious closets and a crib.
A room with two twins and a bathroom.

The second floor has a sitting area, a laundry room with one washer and two dryers, large deck and a covered porch, complete with a cozy hammock. This floor offers 4 bedrooms:

One bedroom with a king and private bath.
A room with 2 sets of bunk beds with trundles plus a cozy sitting area.
Another room with a king, a flat screen TV and  a shared bathroom.
A room with 2 twins, with a bathroom. 

The ground floor has the main entry, covered parking, two car garage, a sitting area, enclosed outdoor shower and a private path to the beach. 

The house is well-appointed with lots of thoughtful touches to make sure your stay is wonderful. There are beach towels, beach chairs, an outdoor shower for washing off the sand and an extra dryer. It also has an elevator. The decks and porches have room for everyone, with rocking chairs, comfortable cushions, lounge chairs and a hammock.
