The Chipman House

A week at the beach together gives you the chance to unwind and reconnect, and will create memories for a lifetime, but that doesn’t have to mean being together 24/7. What makes this house so special is that it allows you to be together, but still have plenty of separate spaces to do your own thing.

With two living rooms, two kitchens and lots of sitting areas inside and out, everyone will find space to relax and have fun. With the gracious addition of an elevator, access is unlimited.

The Second Floor offers a foyer, living room, kitchen, laundry room and three bedrooms.

Queen bedroom, shared bath.
Jack and Jill bathroom.
Oceanfront room with daybed and deck access, shared bath.
Queen bedroom with elevator access and hall bathroom.
The Top Floor (third story) features a large kitchen, living room, dining room and two bedrooms.

Master bedroom with private bath and sitting / play area.
Queen bedroom with hall bath.
The kids will love climbing up the ship’s ladder to their very own loft, with their own space to play with its twin beds, futons, chairs, TV and game area.

Outside, you’ll find spacious decks, a ping pong table, covered parking, an outdoor dining table (perfect for sandy kids), an outdoor shower, rocking chairs and a private walkway to the beach.

The ground floor entry provides access to covered parking and elevator access.
